So my computer has been unable to connect to the internet the past few days, I've been borrowing my sister's laptop when I needed net access. This was annoying, but didn't hinder me much.

Now, however, the hard drive in my main PC seems to have crashed. Completely won't load up. Ugh. In light of this I'm unsure when I will be able to update again. I'm going to try to do some art with natural media though!


I'm also considering a bit taking cheap headshot commissions (either inked lineart or inked lineart + colored pencil) to help fund the hard drive. We've been really hard hit computer-wise [first my Dad's computer was completely fried by lightning, then our Internet issues, and now my computer X__x] and I feel bad letting my parents foot it all. Would anyone be interested if I did do this? I'm not exactly a popular artist, so I can't help but think I wouldn't be able to gather enough interest to make the endeavor worthwhile.


Update:

It appears my computer has decided to cooperate after all. I'd been crossing my fingers that letting it sit would work . . . but I wasn't exactly optimistic? However, at the moment it is running again . . . and we have net access back now. Here's to hoping my computer will stay alive (though I've already made backups in case it doesn't)!
